Our Providers
Mauro Ganzon, MD
Mauro Ganzon, MD is a Family Medicine physician certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He has worked primarily in Wise County since 2003.
Before joining Premier Independent Physicians, Dr. Ganzon worked in private practice and with Wise Health Clinics. He has served on the Physician Board for Wise County Health Clinics/Wise Clinical Care Associates since 2011 and has been active with the Springtown Education Foundation since 2006.
Dr. Ganzon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas. He completed his Medical Doctorate at the University of Texas at Southwestern and his internship and residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth. He is also a member of the American Medical Association/Texas Medical Association.
Patient Forms
All new patients will need to fill out the New Patient Forms prior to their first visit. Please bring these completed forms along with your insurance card and photo ID to your scheduled appointment. This will help to speed up the registration process.
